Trica Quality is a keyword at Trica; they use cutting edge technology from end to end to ensure incomparable quality. 

Tricia uses heavy-gauge steel for durable and efficient welding joints.  All their stool bases are fully welded to guarantee that they will not loosen up.  For the surface treatment of metal parts, Trica uses high-temperature baked powder coating.  This painting process is lead-free, environmentally safe and non-toxic.

"You have to take the delicacy of the tubes and sheets into account when you're making transitional and contemporary furniture.  It's a stimulating challenge," stated Yvan Babin.  (Who after studying for a period of time in Europe, returned to Montreal to study design at the University du Quebec a Montreal.  He has been active professionally in Quebec and has since joined the Trica design team.)  The combination of materials as varied as casting, wood, plastics (polypropylene, acrylic, polycarbonate) and steel (sheet or tube) allows him to explore and evolve in his creative work.
